A Flock is your travel group.

  • Give it a name and optional cover image
  • Invite friends via link or code

Only members can create flocks.

Invite People

  • Share a link or code
  • Guests can join instantly without signing up
  • Members get full access and persistence

Create a Trip

Inside a Flock:

  • Tap Create Trip
  • Add dates, destinations, and trip details
  • Start collecting availability and votes

Making Decisions

Date Availability

  • Select ranges of consecutive days
  • Flock automatically surfaces the best overlap
  • Organizers can finalize dates

Destination & Stay Voting

  • Add destinations or accommodations (Airbnb, Hotel, Other)
  • Vote on options
  • See live results
  • Organizers can lock final choices

Tasks & Planning

Task Management

  • Organizers can create tasks
  • Assign tasks to members or guests
  • Set deadlines to keep things moving

Guests vs Members

Guests can:

  • Join flocks
