• Give it a name and optional cover image
• Invite friends via link or code
• Note: Only members can create flocks.

• Guests can join instantly without signing up
• Members get full access and persistence across devices

Inside a Flock:

• Tap Create Trip
• Add dates, destinations, and trip details
• Start collecting availability and votes from your group

• Each member selects ranges of consecutive days they're available
• Flock automatically surfaces the best overlap for the group
• Organizers can review the results and finalize dates

• Anyone can add destinations or accommodations (Airbnb, Hotel, Other)
• Group members vote on their preferred options
• See live results as votes come in
• Organizers can lock final choices once the group has decided

Only Organizers can finalize dates, destinations, and accommodations. This ensures someone is responsible for locking in the final plan.

• Organizers can create tasks for the trip
• Tasks can be assigned to any member or guest
• Set deadlines to keep everyone on track
• Track completion status in one place

Yes! Guests can be assigned tasks just like members. However, guests won't receive push notifications or reminders about their tasks.

When you're ready to unlock full features, tap the Sign Up button from your profile or the prompt that appears. Your existing votes and participation will be preserved.

Yes! You can join as a guest for free and participate in trips. To create your own flocks and access all features, you'll need to sign up as a member.
